Hundreds of residents and visitors turned out Saturday June 8 for the 2013 Cherry Festival Parade on 6th Street in downtown Beaumont, thrilling youngsters and their families and frustrating some motorists as they tried to navigate road closures.
The Cherry Festival, which draws thousands of visitors to Beaumont, is in its 95th year, according to organizers. The Cherry Festival is scheduled to run through Sunday June 9 at Beaumont's Stewart Park.
