HELP WANTED! BEAUMONT JUNE 2011

        CITY OF BEAUMONT

           HELP WANTED:

 POSITION:  City Manager


SECTION 1

 REQUIREMENTS:

A) Must be former (or current) Beaumont Contract Employee   

B) Long range vision for Municipal Growth and Personal Enrichment

C) Must have a network of like minded Individuals, Businesses, Bankers, Consultants, Underwriters, Legal Counsel, Contractors, Accountants, etc
.
D) Must have ability to dictate and implement Staff policy to  City Council and Public in all aspects of Planning, Finance, Economic Development, etc regardless of popular opinion and associated Environmental regulatory issues.

E) Must be willing to form various Para-Municipal Agencies, Authorities, Foundations, Joint Powers, etc   to circumvent Prop 13 and Prop 218 and bypass the need for public voter approval for Capital requirements.  (As you see fit)

AGREEMENT:

  Negotiated at "arms length"...    
 
    DUTIES: City Manager, and also Redevelopment (RDA) Executive Director and Secretary (now Oversight Board), Utility Authority Executive Director, Finance Authority Executive Director, and the Special  Districts Administrator (CFD) **
 
** If you wish to use your own Personal Corporation (GGMS Inc) as an auxiliary Income stream in accordance with Section 1 B) and use the Title "Special Tax Consultant" , please attach all fees to Bond Issuance cost so that home buyers are responsible for additional personal enrichment. City understands that homeowners may not be in possession of real properties at the time of "billing" as infrastructure precedes actual ownership, therefore City agrees to assume all financial obligations to said Personal Corporation and make funds available from City General Fund.

COMPENSATION

  A) $218,920 base salary annually (Jan 1st thru Dec 31).  City agrees to deposit 10% of base Salary into "deferred compensation plan".  

 B) For the period of "start employment" (June 21, 2011) to year end (Dec 31, 2011) totaling just over 6 months Salary will be pro-rated and paid in the amount of $112,618**

**please feel free however to accept City contribution of 10% of Salary to deferred compensation plan in the amount $21,892 instead of the pro-rated $11,261 morally due.
