The Alliance has renovated the century-old Banning Woman's Club building into its headquarters, adding a sculpture…More garden with a new Veterans Memorial Wall. It sponsors and organizes festivals that include the pre-holiday Phineas Festival and an Easter-season Art Hop. Led by Executive Director Carol Newkirk, the Alliance is a spearhead organization in the drive to rehabilitate Banning's downtown retail district. The Alliance also operates the Banning Center for the Arts gallery and PAPA theater group.
