The City Hall building for the City of Banning houses staff offices, utility payment cashiers and the city council…More chambers.  </p> <p>It's located on Ramsey St. — once busy Highway 99 linking Los Angeles with Palm Springs — and is part of a cluster of buildings that includes the new police station, the chamber of commerce, the county district attorney's Banning office, and the county Superior Court.  </p> <p>Plans are for the county section to expand into a full-fledged Justice Center.  </p> <p>City manager Andy Takata says that you can "find anything that you need" at City Hall, except for paying your gas bill — and that's right across the street.</p>
