SNOW LINE VIDEO: Snow and Ice Around 6,000 Feet in Mill Creek Canyon

Icy roads and snow levels around 6,000 feet were evident Sunday morning from Mill Creek Canyon to the San Gorgonio Wilderness north of Banning and above Lake Fulmor in the San Jacinto Mountains.

The video here is from Forest Falls east of Mountain Home around 8 a.m. Dec. 8.

Morning temps included 19 degrees at Angelus Oaks in the San Bernardino Mountains and 21 at Pine Cove in the San Jacintos, according to the National Weather Service. At 7 a.m. Sunday it was 32 at March Air Reserve Base.

There was no snow Sunday morning in the Silver Fire burn area near Poppet Flats Road and Highway 243.
