FIRE WEATHER: Red Flag Warning Issued for Riverside County
The National Weather Service scheduled a fire weather watch for the entire region from Wednesday morning through Wednesday afternoon, saying the lowest daytime humidity during the advisory period will be around 10 percent.
Dry, windy weather will heighten the risk of wildfire in Riverside County on Wednesday, meteorologists said Tuesday morning.
The National Weather Service scheduled a fire weather watch for the entire region from Wednesday morning through Wednesday afternoon, saying the lowest daytime humidity during the advisory period will be around 10 percent.
The agency also scheduled a wind advisory for Riverside County from 11 p.m. today to 6 p.m. Wednesday, saying sustained north to northeast winds of 20 to 35 miles per hour and gusts up to 45 to 55 mph were possible during that time.

A wind advisory is issued when winds strong enough to make driving difficult are expected.
"The strongest winds will occur Wednesday morning below passes and canyons," the NWS advisory said.
