Two More Movies Under the Stars This Summer

There are two more chances to watch Movies Under the Stars this summer.

The program, sponsored by the Beaumont-Cherry Valley Recreation and Park District, runs Monday nights at Noble Creek Park. Over 500 local residents usually attend the screenings, which take place on ball field 1.

This Monday, July 31, The Princess and the Frog will play, and on Monday, August 6, it’s Happy Feet 2. The movies begin at sundown, but anyone interested in using the fire pit for hot dogs and roasting marshmallows can come at 6 p.m. Participants can also bring picnic dinners or visit the snack bar.

Organizers are asking for $1 to $5 donations per family.

Noble Creek Park is at 650 W. Oak Valley Parkway, Beaumont.
