This is by far the most unprofessional doctor's office I've ever been to. The staff is polite, even if they are incompetent, so that's nice.
My 6 month old had pertussis and it was 3 separate appointments before the PA figured it out (he said it was teething). I've never seen an MD there. A few PAs and one time an RN, but I don't know who Dr.Schwartz is and we've been going there for over 3 years. It's gotten progressively worse, and it's gotten to the point that they can't even refill my prescription! Every month I have to call them, call the pharmacy, call them back, they give me incorrect information, wait, call the pharmacy, call them back, repeat, repeat, repeat! I'm sick of them and will be finding a new doctor's office for my family.
