New Creation Church will be hosting its 6th Annual Golf Tournament on May 5, 2012, at The Morongo Golf Club at Tukwet Canyon located at 36211 Champions Drive, Beaumont, California. This is an excellent opportunity to have fun, win fantastic prizes (including a new car for a hole-in-one and a 7 day 7 night trip to Hawaii on the beautiful Island of Kauai), but most importantly to raise funds for our children.
Entry Fees: $100 per player (includes cart fee, green fee, driving range and dinner).

$50 for non-players attending dinner portion of event only.
All guests are entered into the putting, longest drive, and closest to the pin contests, and more!

This will be a four-man best ball scramble with a shotgun start at 11:00 a.m. with dinner and raffle to follow.
Registration time is 9:00 a.m. – 10:00 a.m.
Putting contest starts at 10:00 a.m.

Platinum Sponsorship: $1,500 donation or higher (includes a banner with your company’s name and logo at the registration table, sign with your company’s name on a tee box indicating level of sponsorship, a free foursome in the tournament, plus dinner)
Gold Sponsorship: $1,000 donation (includes a free twosome in the tournament, plus dinner, and a sign with your company’s name on a tee box indicating level of sponsorship)
