Work Begins on Bridge at Beaumont High
The footbridge straddles a flood control canal, links the school with athletic fields
With the new stadium at Beaumont High School getting rave reviews, construction is underway on an access bridge to make getting to the stadium easier.
The new athletic complex is separated from the high school by a flood control canal.
The $1.2 million footbridge with stairs will include elevator access for those with special needs, and is expected to be completed in February.
