Work Under Way on Brookside for New Beaumont Cougars Football Ground
Water district workers were installing a line for the new Beaumont High football facility, a city official said Friday.
Water district workers were busy this week installing a line for Beaumont High's new football stadium, a city spokeswoman said.
A stretch of Brookside Avenue was closed Thursday between Beaumont Avenue and Oak View Drive, near Brookside Elementary School.
The Beaumont Unified School District expects to have the new stadium open for the 2012 football season.
