Caltrans Reminds Motorists of Full, Night-Time Closure of Westbound Interstate 10 at Beaumont Avenue
Plans this week also include full closure of the 10-60 interchange in all directions Tuesday night and Wednesday night this week, according to Caltrans District 8 spokeswoman Shelli Lombardo.

Caltrans on Tuesday issued a reminder that a full, night-time closure of westbound Interstate 10 at Beaumont Avenue is scheduled Wednesday, Thursday and Friday nights this week.
The closure is scheduled from 11 p.m. to 4 a.m. each night for installation of overhead signs on the Beaumont Avenue Bridge, according to Caltrans District 8 spokeswoman Shelli Lombardo.

Westbound traffic will be diverted off the westbound 10 to the Beaumont Avenue off-ramp and immediately returned to I-10 using the westbound on-ramp at Beaumont Avenue, Lombardo said.
Northbound and southbound traffic will be permitted on the Beaumont Avenue Bridge, Lombardo said.

"Anticipate traffic control," Lombardo said. "Traffic is expected to be light and delays minimal."
Other closures on the 10 and State Route 60 in Beaumont include:
- The eastbound 60 connector to the eastbound 10 will be closed from 10 p.m. Tuesday to 5 a.m. Wednesday and 10 p.m. Wednesday to 5 a.m. Thursday this week.
- The eastbound 10 connector to the westbound 60 will be closed from 10 p.m. Tuesday to 5 a.m. Wednesday and 10 p.m. Wednesday to 5 a.m. Thursday this week.
- The westbound 10 connector to the westbound 60 will be closed from 10 p.m. Tuesday to 5 a.m. Wednesday and 10 p.m. Wednesday to 5 a.m. Thursday this week.
- Multiple lanes will be closed on the eastbound and westbound 10 from Oak Valley Parkway to Pennsylvania Avenue from 10 p.m. to 5 a.m. Tuesday through Friday this week. At least one lane will be open at all times, Lombardo said.
- Work on the shoulder behind barriers will be under way on the eastbound and westbound 10 from Oak Valley Parkway to Pennsylvania Avenue from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Tuesday through Friday this week, Lombardo said.
