Banning City Council Candidate Hosts Campaign Kick-Off
Adam Buchanan, one of six running for the two seats up for grabs, will kick off his campaign at Johnny Russo's Italian Kitchen.

Banning City Council candidate Adam Buchanan will host a campaign kick-off event on Wednesday evening.
Buchanan is vying for one of three seats up for grabs in the November election. Other contenders who qualified for the ballot are Mayor Don Robinson, Edward Miller, Don Peterson, Larry Tucker and former longtime councilman Art Welch.

Council members John Machisic and Barbara Hanna are not seeking re-election, although Machisic is seeking a spot on the San Gorgonio Pass Water Agency.
The event will run from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. at Johnny Russo's Italian Kitchen.
