Yucaipa Man Dies of Injuries from June 12 Crash on Mill Creek Road
Theodore Warner, 88, was injured just before noon June 12 on Highway 38 near Ward Way in Mentone, according to the coroner. Warner died Sunday at Loma Linda University Medical Center.
A Yucaipa man who was injured last week in a two-car collision on Mill Creek Road in Mentone died Sunday at Loma Linda University Medical Center, the coroner reported Tuesday.
Theodore Warner, 88, was injured just before noon June 12 on Highway 38 near Ward Way, according to the coroner.
Warner was driving a 1996 Honda east toward Yucaipa when a 2005 Chrysler pulled out from a driveway in the 2700 block of Mill Creek Road in front of the Honda, according to the coroner.

Warner was transported to Loma Linda University Medical Center, where he was pronounced dead at 5:39 p.m. Sunday June 17, the coroner reported. An autopsy will be performed to determine cause of death.
The California Highway Patrol was investigating the collision.
