Woman Injured in Reported Hit-and-Run at 6th Street Ramp to 10 in Beaumont

The incident was reported at 1:55 p.m. Wednesday at the 6th Street on-ramp to westbound Interstate 10, according to the California Highway Patrol.

A motorist was injured in a reported hit-and-run incident Wednesday in Beaumont at the West 6th Street on-ramp to westbound Interstate 10, a CHP dispatcher said.

The incident was reported at 1:55 p.m. and she was bleeding, according to initial reports by the California Highway Patrol.

The injured motorist was a woman, a CHP dispatcher said in a phone interview. Her vehicle was reported as a dark green minivan on the side of the road.

Cal Fire firefighter-paramedics responded and the woman was transported for treatment, according to the dispatcher.
