Senior Citizen Struck, Killed, in Banning
Roy Azarnoff, 81, of Banning, was pronounced dead at the scene of the crash in front of 5261 W. Wilson St., authorities said.
An 81-year-old Banning man struck and killed by a car that also hit another pedestrian in front of a home was identified Sunday.
Roy Azarnoff, 81, of Banning, was pronounced dead at the scene of Saturday's roughly 9 p.m. crash in front of 5261 W. Wilson St., in Banning, authorities said.
According to Cal Fire's Melody Hendrickson, a second person was injured in the crash and taken to a local hospital with minor injuries.
