Recognize This Person? Nordstrom Robbery Suspect Sought

Though this crime didn't happen here in the Pass, Banning-Beaumont Patch wanted to help spread this photo around at the request of the Riverside Police Department.

The Riverside Police Department circulated some photos Thursday of a person suspected of holding up an employee at the Nordstom department store.

Though this crime didn't happen here in The San Gorgonio Pass, Banning-Beaumont Patch wanted to help spread this photo around since the public's help was sought.

Riverside Police Sergeant David Amador says the person pictured above contacted a Nordstorm employee at the Galleria at Tyler in Riverside on June 28, passing a note demanding money from the registers.

"The suspect claimed to have a gun, as well as accomplices, which were also armed," the sergeant said.  "The employee cooperated and the suspect fled with an undisclosed amount of cash."

Robbery detectives hope someone may notice the person, and asked anyone with information about him to call 951-353-7138.
