Police Seek Public's Help In Finding Dementia Patient Missing for the Third Time

He is black, 6 feet 2, 160 pounds with salt and pepper gray hair and brown eyes.

Police are asking for help in the search for a 74-year-old man who suffers from dementia and who was last seen at his Moreno Valley home.

Lee Carson Clayton was last seen at his residence in the 15000 block of Perris Boulevard at 5 p.m. Monday before he left on foot, but he failed to return, according to the Moreno Valley Police Department.

He's known to walk very long distances and usually does not know where he is, authorities said.

Clayton was last spotted wearing a black baseball hat, a gray shirt and blue jeans. He is black, 6 feet 2, 160 pounds with salt and pepper gray hair and brown eyes.

Anyone with information about his whereabouts is urged to called Moreno Valley Police at (951) 776-1099.
