One person was injured in a single-vehicle crash Tuesday on East Esplanade in San Jacinto, according to Cal Fire.
The crash was reported at 6:01 p.m. Jan. 21 on East Esplanade Avenue near Vanessa, Melody Hendrickson of Cal Fire-Riverside County said in a statement.
Two engine companies responded and there was one patient trapped, Hendrickson said.
"The traffic collision involved one vehicle," Hendrickson said. "One patient was extricated at approximately 6:18 p.m. and will be transported to an area hospital via ground ambulance with moderate injuries."
American Medical Response and the Riverside County Sheriff’s Department also responded, Hendrickson said.
