Original Story As Follows, Published February 10, 2014 at 12:44 PM:

A motor home fire on the side of Interstate 10 in Beaumont had traffic slowed in the area Monday afternoon.

California Highway Patrol reports the vehicle caught fire around noon, and pulled over to the Cherry Valley off-ramp of the eastbound I-10.

A dispatcher tells Banning-Beaumont Patch that the offramp is currently blocked by both fire trucks and the vehicle.

It's not yet clear what sparked the blaze.

I am truly sorry for the person or people that owned it - it was probably their vacation home. **** Jeremiah

Good to know no one was hurt. I'm still sorry for them - motorhomes are sometimes home for retired people who spend their retirement traveling. I hope they didn't lose everything dear to them. **** Jeremiah
