A man was fatally injured in a single-vehicle crash late Thursday in San Jacinto, a sheriff's sergeant said.
The crash was reported at 10:12 p.m. Aug. 22 on Sanderson Avenue south of Ramona Expressway, Sgt. Himmelberg of the San Jacinto Station said in a statement.
The driver, identified as Romell Moore, 59, of San Jacinto, was pronounced dead at the scene, Himmelberg said. Moore was the only person in the vehicle.
Sanderson Avenue was closed several hours while deputies investigated. Anyone with more information was urged to call San Jacinto police at (951) 654-2702.
