What kind of charge is "firing a large capacity magazine"? Can anyone be charged with that if they don't own the magazine?

Good call on the "firing a large capacity magazine" guys. There is NO SUCH PENAL CODE! I can't even begin to speculate about the situation because it only says he was firing a "GUN". ie -was it a long gun or a hand gun?

The document is from the office of the President "OMB Report Pursuant to the Sequestration Transparency Act of 2012 (P. L. 112–155)" In an attempt to make the world safer OUR government is suggesting disarming it's citizens while taking their tax money to arm the rest of the world!!!! WAKE UP FOLKS!! Anyone who thinks disarming the US is a good idea, has been sold on fear! The problem is your fear is misdirected."Enemies foreign AND domestic!"
