The fire was called in at 11:54 a.m., according to a California Highway Patrol dispatcher.

Firefighters took about an hour to quell flames and douse hotspots in brush by the eastern end of the Pomona (60) Freeway in Beaumont Sunday but no injuries were reported.

Nobody out this way calls that the Pomona Freeway. Too confusing, it's the 60.

Has there been any information released yet regarding the cause of these fires? I can't be the only one that finds it odd that we've had four in less than a week...
