VIDEO: Firefighters from Banning, Beaumont, Calimesa Battle Blaze At Ray's RV

The fire reported Thursday night on West Ramsey Street consumed at least four motor homes and caused an estimated total of $1 million in damage.

A fire Thursday night at Ray's RV, 4500 W. Ramsey St. in Banning, consumed at least four motor homes and caused an estimated total of $1 million in damage.

The blaze was reported at 8:13 p.m. Firefighters from Banning, Beaumont and Calimesa responded.

During the firefight, explosions, hissing and popping punctuated the blaze. Engine crew members shouted at times to make themselves heard. A man in a Ray's RV shirt spoke hurriedly with a commander, then took a cell phone call and spoke about the fire as it raged.

No injuries were reported. The cause was undetermined and being investigated, Cal Fire-Riverside County Capt. Mike Smith said.
