A fire scorched a single-story home in Calimesa and firefighters contained the blaze to the attic with no injuries reported, a spokeswoman said Sunday.
Firefighters were dispatched at 7:04 p.m. Saturday to the home on the 1200 block of 3rd Street.
A team of 19 firefighters encircled the fire within 20 minutes, Riverside County Fire Department spokeswoman Melody Hendrickson said.
