A Beaumont man was arrested Friday morning on suspicion of attempted murder.
Beaumont police responded to a call at 9:08 p.m. on Thursday of a fight between several people at a residence on Michigan Avenue near Oak Valley Parkway, according to Beaumont Police spokeswoman Darci Mulvihill. The fight was the result of a child custody dispute.
Officers determined that a man had been stabbed, but both the suspect and the stabbing victim fled the scene. The Beaumont Police Department and Riverside County Sheriff's Department then began a sweep of the surrounding area, eventually locating the injured man in Cherry Valley near Brookside Avenue and Noble Street.
The search continued for the suspect, who had been identified as 20-year-old Mario Juarez. At around 10:30 a.m. Friday officers located Juarez while assisting Child Protective Services on a check up of the house on Michigan Avenue, said Mulvihill.
The stabbing victim was transported to the hospital with serious injuries.
The investigation is ongoing and anyone with information is being asked to call the Beaumont Police Department at 951-769-8500. Crime tips can be reported anonymously at 800-78-CRIME.
Open your eyes, stop assuming I am a criminal or somebody with a criminal background. The point I am making is you will close your eyes, plug your ears, and assume what you want. When crime hits home you will change your tune.
You claimed that in August, the Sheriffs made more arrests in your trailer park than BPD, and you used that claim as evidence that BPD doesn't care and is worthless. That's a bull___t statement. If the Sheriffs made a bunch of arrests there, then it was in connection with the gang task force, or some other special circumstances, and takes nothing away from Beaumont PD.
Do you really think that you can spout lie after lie without me following up and calling you out on them? You're out of your league, Washy. Put down the crack pipe and take a breather.
Call Riverside Counbty Sheriff Dept. The number is 951-776-1099. You Chicken? Ask them "what they will do if you call them for help in your trailer park in BMT city limits". The answer: they will refer you to BPD, or tell you to call 911. I would also say "LMAO", but you're not funny; you're sad. BTW, I live more than 5 miles away from Sun Lakes.
"In Aug Riverside Sheriffs made more arrests out of here then BPD. They (Sheriffs) respond when we call them. " I don't believe that, since the trailer park is not "on their way" through BMT to outlying areas. If they made arrests "in" the trailer park, it was as part of the Gang intervention program. And the part about them responding when you call? According the the Sheriff's Dept, that is a lie. And in my experience, once you are proven to be a liar, everything you say is subsequently suspect as well. Have a nice day (Pop open another 40, but quit bogarting that joint). I'm done here.
There is good & bad wherever we go. Bad things do happen here and they make the news. If you look only for the bad that is all you will find. If you reach out to the good things here you will find greater rewards right here in our community than you ever thought. I know this is true because I have traveled this country and I know that our area is beauitiful compared to much I have seen. I always am happy to get back home. It's nice to know folks and have them know you too. I have a business on Ramsey Street in downtown Banning. I feel we are a signifigant example of something good here. I see a town that has a brighter future. I deal with families from all sides of town. North, South, East, West. Many wonderful people live here, the children that come to me are decent kids with bright eyes, hopeful hearts, and dreams of a successful life. Slander? Perhaps you should actually do some research on what "slander" really is. Please, enlighten us on what "business" you own, so that we can make sure we don't go there. Let me guess; a bar?
And you're beating a dead horse; we've already established that RCSD "can" arrest & ticket people in BMT. We've also established that they ONLY do it when they actaully witness a violation while driving thru BMT to get to outlying areas (according to them, not me). And finally, we've established that they don't normally respond to calls in the city of BMT (again, according to them).
If only 5-10 out of 150+ homes there are the problem, then you have the numbers to fight. EVERYONE needs to step up, and drive the lowlifes out. You claim that you want BPD to step up patrols and enforcement, yet you constantly badmouth them, even when they do show up. Kinda counter-productive, don't you think?
And washy (let me quote you) you said -- "I am done with you and this conversation". And yet, you continue to go on. I cant believe I already wasted this much time reading about you guys arguing. This blog has deteriorated to about as low as it can go. Its obvious to all that your viewpoint is quite tainted, and I dont think any amount of further posting is going to change that. You have wasted hours on here spewing negativity-- just think if you had taken that time and applied it in a positive direction...you might have ACTUALLY made a difference. Grow up. I want the 30 wasted minutes of my life back....
