AMBER ALERT: Abducted 12-year-old Boy Found Safe
Nicholas Johnston was believed to have been abducted by Sri Johnston, who was seen driving a tan 1998 Saturn sedan with a California plate: 4AUU679.
Update:
A woman suspected of abducting a 12-year-old boy in Long Beach has been taken into custody in Oceanside.
Nancy Pratt of the Long Beach Police Department says Sri Johnston was found at 2:40 p.m. by the U.S. Marshal's fugitive task force. The boy is safe.

An Amber Alert has just been issued in Southern California for a 12-year-old boy last seen in Long Beach.

Nicholas Johnston was abducted Thursday in Long Beach, according to the alert.
The suspect is Sri Johnston. Johnston is possibly driving a tan 1998 Saturn four-door with a California license plate number 4AUU679.
Nicholas Johnston is described as Caucasian, with blond hair, blue eyes, standing 4-foot-8 and weighing 80 pounds. Sri Johnston is described as a 49-year-old woman, Caucasian with brown hair and brown eyes, 5-foot-1, weighing 125 pounds.
