If Sniff still believes people will vote for him after THIS, he must be sniffing glue

What makes you think Stan Sniff has anything to do with this. Doyle was the one that handed out the tins stars years ago. Besides, Stone was told not to wield the badge anymore. Just to hang it on the wall as a memento.

As the article states, Sniff was supposed to collect these badges a long time ago, ever since they were outlawed by the Attn.General in 07. He didn't. -----If you flashed a badge and told someone to pull over, yet you are not a cop, do you think you would get arrested for impersonating a police officer ? Of course you would . But if you're Jeff Stone - the Sheriff's good buddy who once appointed him - this doesn't apply to you. You walk away. No charges are filed. You're not even referred to as a "suspect" in the report. Everything is just peachy. And as a thanks, Sniff even lets you keep the badge "as a memento". Aren't our elected officials just wonderful !
