$500 a day fine will face water wasters

   On Tuesday, the State Water Resources Control Board voted to impose a $500 a day fine on those who waste water. While 60-70% of water use is outside the home, there is NO valid reason to waste water. While in the middle of a drought, Californians actually used MORE water last moth! Until water and be replicated, the cost of water is destined to sky rocket. We all need to become practitioners of water conservation.
   Beginning with actions as simple as not letting water run into the basin while brushing ones teeth is a good example. You are allowed to wash your car; you just have to have a shut off nozzle. It's simple stuff... we just need to do it!
