Non Secular - Secular ~ for Everyone the Season is Spring

Passover ~ Easter ~ Springtime - and yet for Others . . .

What a beautiful morning, a beautiful day as the birds chirped in harmony this morning, continued throughout the day ~ as to say in agreement, in chorus that the sky was blue, the sun was warm, and it was a brochure tourist day here in the San Gorgonio pass.

Some of us will celebrate the culmination of Passover, some the triumph of Easter Sunday, and the end of the Lenten Season; yet there are others who are ~ let say a bit secular.

The secular perhaps see ~ Easter eggs, the Easter bunnies, the candy, the barbecues, the family get togethers, some commercialism, but not really because it brings us together.  We color the eggs with the children, families, friends gather together ~ and if it is commercialism so be it.  Let it be on oneself on the degree, extent onto which we take it.

There are those who look at this day, this time of year as Spring. The crocus, the buds on the trees, the new born kittens, the music as it comes down the street from the old fashioned ice cream truck. Perhaps it is the start ~ when we begin to see those pesty gnats, flies such as those we saw at todays picnic. Could this be when one looks at new beginnings ~ fresh starts.

Whether today was a ~ secular, non-secular ~ Spring celebration day, it was a beautiful, and from what I can still surmise, feel it will be a beautiful evening. The birds are still chirping, the breeze is slowly blowing, the sky is blue as can be, the voices are off in the distant, and it is beautiful here in the San Gorgonio pass.  This writer is Blessed ~ and this writer would like to say thank you to you, for reading my blog - so thank you - and Happy Happy Spring ~ laura.
