Regardless of your race, gender, religion, privileged views or downtrodden opinions, take a deep breath. There is but a moment of satisfaction that is only relative in proportion to anothers despair. Whether you "won or lost" makes very little difference. What matters is to hold firm in your core beliefs, and remember that in our framework of Gov't... 270+ electoral votes from the College gives NO ONE the right to run this Country into the ground. Be it by ignoring reality or indifference in action, there is no excuse (See Animal Farm...":All pigs are created equal, but SOME pigs are more equal than other pigs!") All you A**holes in DC with your own retirement and health plans separate and above those you purport to be representing need to get off your high horses and walk a mile in the common folks shoes. For too long you ALL claim this is what you do. All I know is that everytime I go on this walk...All I hear is "You wont be needing those shoes anymore...." At best I would hope with all those shoes in hand these "legislators" could make the trek across the aisle and find someway, somehow to get something done. Passion in politics is not a bad thing. Dont make it personal. Demand representation. The downfall of this Republic will be indifference. I applaud all those that stood up and made their opinions known and their voices heard.
