Several donors turned out for a blood drive and marrow screening before 11 a.m. Monday, Martin Luther King Jr. Day, at First Missionary Baptist Church in Banning.
The Blood of the Martyrs blood drive, sponsored by the nonprofit Lifestream, was scheduled 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. Jan. 20 at 332 N. Allen St. Each donor Monday can receive a $5 gift card for Subway while supplies last.
