I-10 Bypass: Banning to Cabazon - Notice of Public Scoping Meeting

Riverside
County Transportation Department intends to prepare an Environmental Impact Report (EIR) under the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) for the I-10 Bypass: Banning to Cabazon Project, a proposed new roadway to connect the City
of Banning and the community of Cabazon. The Scoping Meeting is being held to provide local residents and any other interested parties the opportunity to view
exhibits, comment on the proposed alternative alignments, and to provide input
on issues to be addressed in the EIR. Public
comments on the Notice of
Preparation will be accepted until December
13, 2013.
