Catch A Star (CAST) Players of Beaumont is pleased to announce the hit comedy “Lend Me A Tenor”  at the Beaumont Women’s Center. Led by award-winning director Howard Glenn-Rawley of Palm Springs, this show stars, Sheldon Craig, Susan Youell, Daren Prescott, Laura Negin, Norma Ferrales, Paul Runyon and Joanne LaPoint.  Opening weekend audiences have given glowing reviews to the production.

Through a hilarious series of mishaps, world famous tenor Tito Morelli (known as Il Stupendo), is given a double dose of tranquilizers.  Believing he is dead, his assistant Max, an aspiring singer, takes his place onstage in the role of Otello.  But Morelli comes to and gets into his other costume.  Now two Otellos are running around and two women are running around in lingerie, each thinking she is with Il Stupendo!
