Anthropol Women's Club 46th Annual Fundraiser
The Anthropol Women’s
Club, a local non-profit whose mission is to enhance the community by providing
community service, will be holding their 46th Annual Fundraiser on Saturday,
April 19, 2014 from 11:30am to 2:00pm at the Banning Community Center. As in
the past, this event will be filled with food, inspiration and lots of fun.
The Keynote Speaker will
be Linda L. Smith. Linda Smith founded the first and only African American
owned and fully accredited vocational career college in California with two
campuses.
AWC uses the money raised to provide
scholarships to deserving Banning High School seniors that are often overlooked. Tickets for the event are $15.00 and may be
purchased from any member. The club is also looking for sponsors. If you are
unable to attend the luncheon, you may send a donation to Anthropol Women’s
