Boy did I make a mistake thinking I could do a brief errand today while wearing sandals. The snow did NOT feel good on my bare toes.

D.C. is actually warmer than here today. Its amusing, everyone was quite jealous when I said I had business to do in California over the wintertime. When ever I call home, they all think I'm kidding them when I say its been snowing. I miss my gas furnace!
