Curtain Closes on Cougars Field: Hemet Defeats Beaumont 35-20 in Final Game

A chapter in Beaumont High School football history came to a close Friday night when visiting Hemet defeated the host Cougars 35-20 in the final game at District Stadium.

Beaumont has played football on Cougars Field since 1963, and seniors and their families have celebrated graduations there since 1964.
