DUI Charges Pending in Beaumont Chamber Crash

Jail records indicate the person behind the wheel of a Jan. 12 crash that crippled the Beaumont Chamber of Commerce has an upcoming court date.

A man who is suspected of driving under the influence in a crash that took out half of the Beaumont Chamber of Commerce earlier this month, is due in court in three weeks, jail records indicate.

Joseph Anthony Pimentel, whose jail booking photo was released this week to Banning-Beaumont Patch, has a preliminary court date set for Feb. 14, according to online jail records.

He is set to appear at the Banning Court for DUI charges, records indicate.
