Obamacare fate is up to the voters in November
The voters in November will determine the fate of Obamacare.
It appears the U.S. Supreme Court has tossed the Obamacare ball back into the hands of the people when it declared the Individual Mandate is a tax.
This means the tax can be repealed by actions of the U.S. Congress, with the President signing the final document. Therefore, it is up to the people to re-elect a Republican House, elect a Republican Senate and a Republican President in November, and as a result of the vote of the people, their elected representatives in Washington D.C. can put an end to Obamacare.
The Supreme Court didn't screw up this issue; it turned over the task to the people, not just the Democrats in Washington D.C. or five members of the Court to decide the ultimate fate of Obamacare.
