Burger King operators are promoting their french fries by giving them away free on Friday.
The nationwide fast food restaurant chain is calling Dec. 16 "Free Fries Friday" to get more people to try what promoters are billing as new Burger King fries.
At participating Burger Kings in Southern California, anyone can get one free "value size" order of fries per person, per visit, according to the chain's promotions. No purchase is necessary.
