Economic Development, Elected Officials Tout Goldenvoice Senior VP Skip Paige as Keynote Speaker for 'State of County' Event

Economic development and elected officials are touting Goldenvoice senior vice president Skip Paige as keynote speaker for the annual "State of Riverside County" event Wednesday Sept. 25 at Palm Springs Convention Center.

"I am delighted to have Skip Paige share with us the history and background of Goldenvoice and the company's plans in the Coachella Valley and elsewhere in Riverside County," county District 4 Supervisor John J. Benoit said in a prepared statement. "You will not want to miss this highly anticipated review and preview of things to come in Riverside County!"


Goldenvoice is described by county Economic Development Agency officials as "a company that has put eastern Riverside County on the world stage with the production of the Coachella and Stagecoach musical festivals."

The State of the County event is scheduled to begin at 10 a.m. Sept. 25 with a business expo followed by lunch at the Convention Center, 277 N. Avenida Caballeros.

The expo is billed as "a prime opportunity to network with hundreds of community and business leaders and the entire leadership of Riverside County government."

The luncheon is scheduled to begin promptly at 11:30 a.m. with welcoming remarks from Palm Springs Mayor Pro Tem Chris Mills.

The State of the County event, billed this year as "County of Innovation," is presented by the Riverside County Board of Supervisors and the county Economic Development Agency.

Tickets are available for $50 per person pre-sale and $75 at the door. Tables of 8 are available for $400. Business exhibit spaces are available for $100.
