Beaumont 'Oktoberfest' This Weekend

The 22nd Annual Oktoberfest Celebration, organized by the Beaumont-Cherry Valley Recreation and Park District, is scheduled Sept. 16-18 at Noble Creek Park, 650 W. Oak Valley Parkway in Beaumont.

The Beaumont-Cherry Valley Recreation and Park District is gearing up for the 22nd Annual Oktoberfest Celebration, scheduled this Friday through to Sunday at Noble Creek Park.

There will be a biergarten, authentic Bavarian food, live entertainment, arts-and-crafts vendors, games and contests, organizers said.

Dachshund owners are invited to enter their pets in the 2nd annual Wiener Dog Races. Race entry is $5 per dog.

Oktoberfest hours are 5 p.m. to 11 p.m. Friday, noon to 11 p.m. Saturday, and noon to 8 p.m. Sunday.

Admission is free and parking is $5.
