Two Hospitalized As Vehicle Crashes Thru Beaumont Neighborhood Fence

Two people were hospitalized Friday after crashing through a Beaumont fence, police say.

The crash happened just before 4 p.m. on Trinette Drive, near the area of Oak Valley Parkway and Beaumont Ave.

Police on scene tell Patch that a man was trying to remove some sort of wooden fence pole from his yard by tugging it with his vehicle, but he somehow lost control. The vehicle ended up crashing through his neighbor's fence-- all the way across the street-- and flipping.

Both the man and his son, who was also in the vehicle at the time of the crash, were taken to the hospital, though they were expected to recover.
