Brian McKnight Taking the Stage in Free Beaumont Concert Wednesday

As Beaumont's Summer Concert Series bridges the halfway point for 2014, another music star is set to bring thousands of music fans together this week.
 
R&B musician Brian McKnight is performing in Beaumont on Wednesday, in the fourth week of the concert series. 
 
McKnight— whose newest single "Sweeter" can be viewed and heard in the music video above— is a seasoned artist who has released 13 albums and  "...has toured successfully for over a decade, and has collaborated with performers across every genre including Quincy Jones, Justin Timberlake, Mariah Carey, Diddy, Christina Aguilera Rascal Flatts, Nelly, Vanessa Williams, Willie Nelson and Kenny G," according to his website biography

McKnight is scheduled to go on at 7:30 p.m.

  • July 23rd - Brian McKnight

  • July 30th - Plain White T’s

  • August 6th - DJ and free swim at The Plunge 

  • The events are all free to attend and are held at Stewart Park, which is located between Maple Avenue and Orange Avenue between 9th Street and 10th Street. 

    Attendees are encouraged to bring their lawn chairs, blankets and refreshments to enjoy the shows.

    Pass Transit will be operating a free shuttle to the Summer Concert Series from the Rite-Aid shopping center with service every 30 minutes between 4:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. (last bus leaves the concert and park at 9:30pm.) Additionally, the free Route 40 will run again this year with service throughout the downtown area and parts of Cherry Valley.
