Submit Names Now for Beaumont's Veterans Memorial Wall
The memorial honors deceased military personnel who lived in Beaumont or Cherry Valley while on active duty or who died later in those communities after their military service ended.
The following is a news release from the City of Beaumont:
Do you have a loved one who served in the armed forces and has passed on? You can honor them by placing their name on the Veterans Memorial at the Beaumont Civic Center.
The memorial honors deceased military personnel who lived in Beaumont or Cherry Valley while on active duty or who died later in those communities after their military service ended.
Applications to have a name inscribed are available at City offices and online. The application deadline is Friday, April 25.
The City of Beaumont will unveil the names and pay tribute during a public ceremony on Memorial Day.
