Pass Transit Introduces Shopper Shuttle

The route travels along Beaumont Avenue and 6th Street.

Pass Transit is introducing a new connector route called the Shopper Shuttle.

The shuttle, officially titled Route 25, will travel along Beaumont Avenue and 6th Street, among stops along the way, including Cougar Way and the Beaumont Civic Center. It will run from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday, arriving at Wal-Mart every 40 minutes.

The shuttle costs:

  • $1.15 for general passengers
  • $1 for youth grades 1-12
  • $0.65 for seniors and disabled persons
  • $0.25 for children under 46 inches in height

Monthly Pass Transit passes can always be obtained at:

  • Beaumont Civic Center, 550 E. 6th Street, Mon. - Thurs. 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. and Friday 8 a.m. to noon.
  • Beaumont Police Dept, 660 Orange Ave, Mon. - Fri. 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. and Saturday 7 a.m. to noon.
  • Chatigny Rec Center, 1310 Oak Valley Pkwy., Mon. - Fri. 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

The Shopper Shuttle began running on Friday.
