Chef Holli Ugalde was chosen by the Beaumont-Cherry Valley Rotary Club, who is in charge of the parade.

Celebrity chef Holli Ugalde of 'Hell's Kitchen' fame will be this year's Grand Marshall at the annual Beaumont Cherry Festival Parade, it was announced Wednesday.

Ugalde was selected by the Beaumont-Cherry Valley Rotary Club, who is in charge of the parade.

"After winning Season 7 of Hell's Kitchen on FOX, Chef Holli toured the world to research food and farming; she took ideas from the best establishments and developed Green Acres Farm in Beaumont," Rotary Club spokeswoman Brenda Knight said.  "At Green Acres Farm, Chef Holli is developing many heirloom vegetable varieties and responsible farming practices which she will share with the culinary world though her position as the National Spokesperson for Le Cordon Bleu Culinary Schools."
