Boys and Girls Clubs Offers Thanksgiving Camp
The camps will be Anna Hause Elementary School and the Roosevelt Williams Clubhouse Nov. 19 through Nov. 21.
The Boys and Girls Clubs of the San Gorgonio Pass is offering a day camp to help out parents while their children are out of school the three days before Thanksgiving.
The camp will feature Thanksgiving themed activities, including a turkey trot and crafts for the younger children and a "Turkey Bowl" flag football tournament for the teenagers.
Beaumont's Anna Hause Elementary School will serve as the location for children age 5 to 12 and the Roosevelt Williams Clubhouse in Banning will be the camp site for teens. Both camps will run from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m. Nov. 19 through Nov. 21.
The fee is $15 per day and there is a $10 annual membership fee for new members, which does not apply for the teen camp.
