Beaumont Oktoberfest This Weekend

Celebrate the German festival with Beaumont's King Ludwig, Lucas Cochran and Beigermeister Rich Baker.

The Beaumont-Cherry Valley Recreation and Park District is hosting its 23rd Annual Oktoberfest Celebration Friday though Sunday at Noble Creek Park.

Attractions will include bands playing German music, dancing, log sawing contests, pretzel eating contests, wiener dog races, craft vendors, German food and the Royal Bavarian Biergarten. There is also a Kids Zone for the little ones.

Admission is free, although daily parking costs $5.

The festivities will run from 4 p.m. to 11:30 p.m. Friday, 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. Sunday. Noble Creek Park is at 650 W. Oak Valley Parkway.
