Julia Olsen-Rodriguez, founding artistic director of the San Gorgonio Ballet, and Martin Vitous, a composer of classical/contemporary music from the Czech Republic, exchanged wedding vows Wednesday, Aug. 10, 2011.
The ceremony was held at 6:30 p.m. on the Wedding Lawn at Highland Springs Resort.
The Reverend Bob Sibole performed the ceremony.
Evan Knapp, ballet master of the San Gorgonio Ballet, was best man, and Jaime Zarco, a dancer for the San Gorgonio Ballet, escorted the bride down the aisle.
The wedding ceremony featured music composed by Charles Chaplin, and Derrik Lewis, a noted actor and singer, provided a rendition of "Eternally" by Charles Chaplin.
A "Celtic Wedding March" played as the bride entered and took her place at the altar.
The lovely Miss Tatyana Peace, an apprentice of the and protege of Julia, led the way down the isle as bridesmaid.
The bride and groom chose to have a small, intimate ceremony with a few of their closest friends in attendance.
Guests attended a reception immediately following the ceremony in the Banquet room of the , where they enjoyed a meal prepared by the chef and staff at Highland Springs Resort Restaurant.
Everyone toasted the bride and groom with champagne and sang, talked, laughed, and danced throughout the Gala evening.
